Metravise

What it's for

When a stock splits, the shares and prices in My Portfolio are adjusted automatically — there's nothing you need to do.

How to use it

  1. For transactions before the split, shares are multiplied by the split ratio and prices divided by it, so your cost stays the same.
  2. Your position, average cost, P&L and return chart all use these adjusted figures.
  3. Transaction lists still show each transaction exactly as you entered it.

Good to know

  • A stock that stops trading is marked “Not trading”. Its value is taken from the last close, and you can only record sales.
  • You'll get a “Corporate actions” notification for events such as splits and delistings. Notification types
