What it's for
My Portfolio doesn't connect to a brokerage and there's no file (e.g. CSV) import; you record your trades manually. Metravise doesn't trade on your behalf.
How to use it
- In My Portfolio, enter the amount you've set aside for investing with “Add funds”.
- Record your purchases with “Add transaction”, or use the “Already own stocks? Add them directly” link. Adding transactions
Good to know
- The price fills in with the close of the date you choose; you can change it.
- What you enter in My Portfolio is visible only to you.
