What it's for
You can permanently delete your account and personal data yourself under Settings → Account. Deletion can't be undone.
- What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, password), preferences, My Portfolio records, alerts, saved screens and comparisons, notifications, device notification subscriptions, sessions, share links, and usage and content-trace records. You're removed from the Daily Bulletin and other email lists.
- What we keep
- Invoice and payment records are kept because the law requires it; they aren't used for anything else.
How to use it
- Open Settings → Account and press “Delete my account”.
- In the window that opens, type your account's email address to confirm.
- Press “Permanently delete my account”. You're signed out and we send a confirmation email.
Good to know
- If you have an active subscription, it ends immediately when the account is deleted and you won't be charged again.
- If your last payment was within 30 days, a full refund is issued automatically to your payment method (it usually arrives within 5–10 business days); after 30 days the remaining time isn't refunded. The delete window shows which applies. Refund policy
- You can open a new account with the same email address later. For how personal data is handled, see the privacy policy.
