What it's for
Metravise emails come from noreply@send.metravise.com. If one isn't arriving, work through these steps in order.
How to use it
- Check your spam and “Promotions” folders. If you find the email there, mark it “Not spam” and add the address to your contacts.
- Under Settings → Notifications, check that the Email column is on for that row. For the bulletin, look at the “Daily Bulletin email” row.
- If your email frequency is set to summary, emails arrive together once a day at 08:00; instant emails are also held during quiet hours.
- If you pressed an unsubscribe link in an email, switch the same setting back on.
