What it's for
During quiet hours, browser notifications and instant emails are held back and arrive as one summary when the window ends.
How to use it
- Under Settings → Notifications → Delivery, switch on “Quiet hours”.
- Pick the “From” and “To” times; the window can run past midnight.
- Press “Save Preferences”.
Good to know
- By default, 23:00–07:30 is quiet.
- The times follow the time zone set in the same section. Language and time zone
- In-app notifications still reach the bell during quiet hours.
